Absolutely correct and it made me laugh. I am so sick of nanny state Labour politicians like Burnham telling me how to live my life.
My message to him and the rest of them, “I’m quite happy making my own decisions so piss off and mind your own business.”

Is an individual EU state even allowed to set limits on sugar contents in food unilaterally? I suspect not.
Alternatively your friendly local merchant of black-market tobacco/booze will soon be adding full-strength Sugar Puffs to their stock.
Still, it could be worse, did you know that Kinder eggs are banned in the US (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinder_Surprise#Prohibition_on_sale_or_import_into_the_United_States) with over 60,000 confiscated from travellers each year!
