It was strangely hard to find footage of the "early years" of the New Labour era (other than acres of footage of "that Diana" speech after her death). I take your point about the twin towers - though we were sticking as much as we could to the lyrics of the song so there was a compromise - as there often is in these cases. If one times the PPB to appear in peak viewing time for a target audiance (if they don't have to be juxtaposed with the News) and add a positive message (this one doesn't say "Vote Lib Dem," just "Don't vote Labour") it could be really powerful.
